  19. Windows NT NetLogon does not replicate the primary group correctly.
  20. The primary group is always called Domain Users. Also, if you are not
  21. a member of the primary group, replication fails with error C0000068.
  22. The replication is attempted and failed every five minutes until you
  23. shut down your computer.

  28. Reinstall Windows NT Advanced Server on the server that failed or
  29. remove the user that is not a member of the primary group.

  34. Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT and
  35. Windows NT Advanced Server version 3.1. This problem was corrected in
  36. the latest U.S. Service Pack for Windows NT and Windows NT Advanced
  37. Server version 3.1. For information on obtaining the Service Pack,
  38. query on the following word in the Microsoft Knowledge Base (without
